01 — Discovery · Weeks 1–2
We map the problem, the audience, and the shape of the product before writing a line of code. Two weeks of operator interviews, competitive teardown, and a technical spike. You leave with a signed one-pager, an audit, and a scoped brief. If the honest answer is “do not build this yet,” we say that here — while it is still cheap.
02 — Direction · Weeks 2–4
Concept, prototype, and creative direction in real fidelity. Always three routes, always testable. You pick a lane and a tone. We convert the winning direction into a build spec by the end of week four so engineering is not guessing at taste.
03 — Build · Weeks 4–10
Design, engineering, and content ship in weekly cycles. You see the working product every Friday. A senior duo owns delivery end-to-end. Every commit is code-reviewed; every screen is design-reviewed. No bench, no bait-and-switch mid-sprint.
04 — Steward · Week 10+
Launch, measure, iterate. We stay on retainer to grow the thing we built — or hand it cleanly to your team. A launch runway, a 90-day operator retainer, and a fractional CTO seat if you want us to keep going.
For the one-pager we ask you to write first, see how to brief a product studio.
